Architectural Designer


We are searching for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative architectural plans and models for various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for the design process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements to incorporate into designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to think creatively and develop unique designs that meet client needs

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas.
