Office Manager
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Multan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, restocking, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, contracts, and other important documents.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
