Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Indian Nationals Only)


We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our company's logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory management, and procurement.
- Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients.
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and customer orders.
- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs documents.
- Manage transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for international shipments.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the logistics process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1100$ per month (tax-free)
