We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Sofia. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing floral arrangements for various events and occasions, such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Your main duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, creating unique designs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care techniques
- Ability to create unique floral designs based on customer preferences
- Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and preferences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences for events or occasions
- Select the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements for each design based on color scheme, seasonality, and budget
- Create unique floral arrangements that meet the client's expectations while staying within budget constraints
- Maintain the quality of fresh flowers by properly handling and storing them
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry to offer innovative designs to clients
- Assist with setting up floral displays at events or venues as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in floristry or related field is a plus
- Experience using floral design software is preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship

Salary: 1700$
