Preservation Architect
The Preservation Architect will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Ufa, Russia. They will work closely with local authorities and heritage organizations to ensure that all preservation projects are carried out in accordance with national and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture with a specialization in Historic Preservation. They should have a strong understanding of architectural history, building materials, and construction techniques used in historical buildings. Experience working on preservation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures in Ufa
- Prepare reports and proposals for restoration and preservation projects
- Collaborate with local authorities and heritage organizations to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Develop detailed plans for restoration work, including cost estimates, timelines, and materials
- Oversee construction work to ensure it adheres to preservation standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture with a specialization in Historic Preservation
- Strong understanding of architectural history, building materials, and construction techniques used in historical buildings
- Experience working on preservation projects is preferred
- Familiarity with national and international preservation standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
