Job Title: Equipment Operator



We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Almada. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance on equipment, following safety protocols, and accurately completing required paperwork. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a valid equipment operator license. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation is not provided, and candidates must have their own visa for employment in Almada. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Familiarity with basic mechanics and repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:
The Equipment Operator will primarily work outdoors in various weather conditions. The job may also involve occasional night or weekend shifts depending on project needs. This position may also require frequent travel within the city or surrounding areas.
