Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Washington. The ideal candidate will be a native Malayalee with a strong understanding of Malayalee cuisine and culture. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure high quality of food and service is maintained at all times
- Create and implement new menu items and promotions to attract customers
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent service and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and culture preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and staff training
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
