Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial stability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be fluent in English
Salary: $1100 per month
