We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in the vibrant city of Sharjah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Take orders accurately and promptly handle payments
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
- Continuously strive to improve drink recipes and techniques
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different coffee types, origins, flavors, and brewing methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
