Part-Time Architecture Manager
Location: Faro, Portugal



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Oversee a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications
- Review and approve design plans, materials, and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and reports for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and make decisions under pressure

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this role is $1000 per month. Accommodation may also be provided for the right candidate.
