We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Analyze financial reports and make necessary adjustments to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport
