Entry-Level Merchandiser


A well-known retail company in Shan is seeking an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and a desire to learn about the retail industry.

As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting the merchandising team in executing the buying, planning, and allocation of products for our stores. You will work closely with buyers, vendors, and store managers to ensure that our merchandise meets customer demand and stays within budget.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to legally work in Shan
- Must have a keen eye for fashion trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Assist in selecting products for each store based on customer demand and sales trends
- Work closely with buyers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Analyze sales data to determine product performance and make recommendations for future buying decisions
- Monitor inventory levels at each store and assist with replenishment as needed
- Assist in creating visual merchandising displays that attract customers
- Attend trade shows and market visits to research new products
