Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Triesen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in English is required, and previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, and free visa and ticket will be provided for foreign candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Providing general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
