We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Dickirch. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on buildings and equipment
- Respond to repair requests from tenants or property owners
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic construction principles and techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Requirements:
While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Fluency in Malayalam language
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
