Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our architecture firm in Izhevsk. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. As an Architecture Manager, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all design plans are executed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Oversee the development of architectural designs, including drawing plans and 3D models
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the quality of our designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
