Junior Computer Systems Analyst

As a Junior Computer Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our team by assisting with the analysis, design, and implementation of computer systems and processes. You will work closely with senior analysts to gather and document user requirements, develop system specifications, and test and troubleshoot software programs. Responsibilities:
- Assist with gathering user requirements through interviews and observation
- Document system specifications including data flow diagrams, process models, and use cases
- Develop software programs according to specifications using programming languages such as Java or C++
- Test and debug software programs to ensure functionality and identify any issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems and improve system performance
- Update existing systems with new features or modifications as needed
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend ways to improve existing systems
- Provide technical support for end-users when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL) and web development (HTML/CSS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
