Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Mauren. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to develop architectural designs and plans
- Oversee the entire construction process, from concept development to project completion
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Review and approve material samples, blueprints, and other project documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural design software
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a full-time job with a starting salary of 1800$ per month. Other benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

This job is open for Indian nationals who have a valid work permit for Mauren. English language proficiency is not required.
