Administrative Coordinator
We are in need of an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Act as a liaison between various departments within the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Salary:
$1400 per month
Location:
Lusail, Qatar (note: nationalities from Pakistan or Kenya preferred)
