We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to create structures such as floors, sidewalks, and roads. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual who is looking for a job without the need for English proficiency or prior experience. Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms or molds to contain concrete
- Pour and level concrete according to blueprints or construction plans
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Repair any imperfections or cracks in finished surfaces
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in concrete work preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting heavy materials and working in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
