Junior Architectural Technologist

We are a growing architectural firm located in the beautiful city of Acre, seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, as well as strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet client needs
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an architectural firm or related industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, codes, and regulations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this part-time position. English proficiency is preferred but not required.
