We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of our clients' gardens and landscapes. Your main duties will include planting and pruning trees, shrubs, and flowers, mowing lawns, and applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of plants and gardening techniques. You should also have experience operating gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers. Attention to detail and physical stamina are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Planting new trees, flowers, and shrubs according to clients' preferences
- Maintaining existing plants by watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding
- Mowing lawns and maintaining the overall appearance of the garden
- Applying pesticides and herbicides as needed to control pests and weeds
- Transplanting plants when necessary
- Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure that all tools are properly maintained
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Keep accurate records of tasks performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Solid knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and equipment
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
