Concrete Worker

We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Ashdod. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and smoothing concrete on construction sites. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour concrete according to specific ratios and specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools and power equipment
- Operate various construction machinery, such as concrete saws, drills, and pumps
- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy of work
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing concrete structures
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of concrete materials and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Israel (visa sponsorship may be available)
