Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant in Clairvaux is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Hire and train staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory levels.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction or revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are an asset).
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: $900 per month
Location: Clairvaux
Preference: Malayalees or Filipinos
