We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Bergen. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, leading design teams, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery within budget constraints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop creative solutions that meet their needs
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and drafters to ensure designs are technically sound and aesthetically pleasing
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and implement contingency plans as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is in compliance with design plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably as a Project Manager or Team Leader
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and project management principles
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Bergen (own visa jobs available)
