Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Medina. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have prior experience managing a restaurant. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no previous experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management
- Create employee schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that all employees are trained on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and recipes
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Must be legally eligible to work in Medina
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Medina
