Our company is hiring a skilled Factory Line Worker to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a valid work visa and excellent English communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machinery
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Monitor production process and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily quotas
- Package and label finished products for shipping

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid work visa
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Prior experience in factory or manufacturing setting preferred, but not required
