Architecture Manager


We are a fast-growing architecture firm located in Herzliya, seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers in the development and execution of architectural projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design standards, building codes, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Herzliya but we welcome candidates from all over India who are willing to relocate. English proficiency is required as it is the primary language used within the company.

Accommodation:

Candidates must possess a valid biometric passport for international travel as some projects may require travel to different countries.
