Solar Installer

A solar installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems for residential and commercial buildings. This includes the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment to convert sunlight into electricity. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of solar technology and possess the physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas using specialized tools
- Ensure that all equipment is properly connected and functioning correctly
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the system and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in solar technology preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and basic knowledge of construction principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred

Location: Ashdod, Israel (Preference for Indian nationals)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

Salary: 1000 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)
