IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in Bergen. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent communication skills. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining networks, and providing training to clients on how to use new technologies.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Set up and maintain networks for clients
- Train clients on how to use new technologies
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Bergen, Norway
