Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing commercial spaces that meet the needs and specifications of clients. Your role will involve conceptualizing and developing designs, as well as working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for the design of commercial spaces
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using appropriate software
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet budgetary constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design implementation
- Work closely with contractors during construction phase to ensure designs are being executed accurately
- Keep updated on latest trends and technology in the field of commercial architecture
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: US (accommodation provided if necessary)
This position is open to students who have the required qualifications and experience.
