Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a successful restaurant, preferably in the UAE. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of Indian cuisine and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and traditions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:
A competitive salary of 1300$ per month will be offered for this position.
