Architecture Manager
Our architecture firm in Oslo is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of architects and other professionals assigned to projects
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documents
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Review project budgets and expenses regularly to ensure they stay within budget
- Conduct site visits during different phases of construction to ensure quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, changes, and potential issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Oslo (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
