We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the architectural design process for various projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and managing a team of architects and designers.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the architectural design process from concept development to construction completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
- Supervise a team of architects and designers to ensure quality work is produced within deadlines
- Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Develop relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. This salary does not include accommodation.
