As a Sales Manager for our company in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Salary: $1700/month

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of market trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid UAE resident visa (own visa preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and recommendations for improvement
