Contract Computer Support Specialist

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible working hours and has their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems remotely or on-site
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems as needed
- Set up new computers and peripherals for clients
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and solutions provided

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of various operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux, etc.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa that allows for contract work

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: US (Preferably local candidates)
