Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will support the smooth operation of our office in Svalbard. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, organizing files and documents, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills are preferred. This position also includes accommodation on-site for the convenience of the employee. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender or nationality.
