We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. This job is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or complaints. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Follow up with customers on their inquiries or complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions with customers
- Update customer information in the database during each call
- Meet individual performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any Indian language is required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
