Sous Chef
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Faisalabad. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. Your main duties will include supervising kitchen staff, creating menus, ordering ingredients, and maintaining food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating new menus and dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food preparation meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
