We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and supporting the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Help with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with internal departments to gather information needed for financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
