Senior Architect


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Bergen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered and executed efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect on various projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and ticket. This position is open to both local candidates as well as international candidates who are willing to relocate.
