Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in the city of Alta. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality control. You will also be in charge of managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure construction standards are met.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments.
- Prepare regular progress reports for upper management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of subcontractors and workers.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
