We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Washington. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing care and supervision for our children, aged 2 and 5 years old.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and playtime
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Follow parents' guidelines for discipline, routines, and schedules
- Communicate with parents about daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Administer basic first aid when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Babysitter or Nanny
- Excellent understanding of child development and behavior management techniques
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with children of different ages as well as parents/guardians
