We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Utena. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of machine learning
- Optimize and improve existing machine learning algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency
- Develop data pipelines and perform data preprocessing tasks to prepare data for modeling
- Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
