Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements as needed
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to all team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-time with accommodation provided
