Factory Line Worker

We are hiring a Factory Line Worker to join our team in Split. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery on the production line, ensuring products meet quality standards, and following safety protocols. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery on the production line
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects
- Pack, label, and stack products according to specifications
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable)

Location: Split, Croatia (preference for candidates from Kenya)
