Foundry Technician
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Foundry Technician to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our foundry equipment, as well as producing high-quality metal castings. Your duties will include preparing molds, melting and pouring metal, and inspecting finished products for quality.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working in a foundry setting. A strong understanding of foundry processes and equipment is also required. The ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is essential.
This position requires physical strength and stamina as you will be working with heavy machinery and lifting heavy objects. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of your work.
