Entry-Level Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, maintaining records and databases, and assisting with day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
