Our busy restaurant in Dar Kulaib is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus that align with our brand's style and standards.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, kitchen procedures, and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
- Certification in food safety or sanitation preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1300 per month with opportunities for growth within the company. Accommodation is also provided for our out-of-town employees.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in the vibrant city of Dar Kulaib, known for its diverse culinary scene. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate or already reside in the city.
