Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Khanpur. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, with the option for full-time employment in the future. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors. You must have previous experience in construction management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A free visa and ticket will be provided for the right candidate. This position is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Oversee budgeting and cost management for projects
- Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates

Requirements:
