We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment to efficiently and safely excavate, move, and load materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine excavation requirements
- Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment before use
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks for heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
